Advice and planning:
The first step is to meet and talk through your event with you to fully understand your requirements.
From this meeting we can then produce a preliminary plan, timetable, menus and cost for the catering of your event.
Point of contact:
To help provide a trouble free build up to your day you will be allocated a personal point of contact who will advice you on any special requirements you may have.
Timetable:
Before the day we will draw up a timetable – not to provide a rigid plan, but to ensure if things should change on the day for any reason, everyone affected can be involved and adjust smoothly to provide a more relaxed day.
Menu:
The meal and menu are a very important part of your day. And all our menus are tailor written for each individual client’s requirements.
We are pleased to offer menu tasting prior to your event.

We can help with any special dietary aspects or any theme you may have planned and can offer a choice of children’s foods with all our menus.
Should you have any favourite dishes you would like to include for your meal we will always try our up most to accommodate them.
Our commitment is to provide our clients with the best possible food and service.
Extra touches:
Stylish white china and modern sleek cutlery fine linen tablecloths all help to contribute to a first class event.
We have access to a vast range of additional items for your event, coloured linen, can help add a dash of colour to your tables and can be sourced to match almost any colour theme you may have planned.
Chocolate, champagne or water fountains can all be sourced to add an extra touch, as well as firework displays and children’s entertainers.
We can help with the sourcing of equipment such as marquees and mobile toilets and have links with companies UK wide.
Venue:
We can offer advice on most types of venues, whether it is a town or village hall, a marquee or a remote setting we are pleased to help.
We will always arrange to meet you at your chosen venue prior to your function to ensure we all have a clear plan of the site and how it will be set for your day.
Please note it is sometimes necessary to make additional charges for venues with difficult access, due to the extra time involved in putting in place the infrastructure.
Furniture:
We can guide you on table plan layouts and numbers per table, and can source tables of virtually any size be it round or rectangle.
Wine and drinks:
Whether or not we provide the wine and drinks for your function, we can supply the staff and glassware for you drinks service.
We can also provide you with a fully staffed bar service, should you require it.
Hidden extras:
From our initial meeting a full and comprehensive quotation showing all costs will be drawn up. In plain English this is to ensure we all understand the service we will be providing for you and to ensure no unmentioned costs will be incurred on the day.

All our team are fully trained in their area of service, and many of them have been in the event industry for many years and can draw upon their past experiences to ensure your day runs smoothly.
All of our chefs are fully qualified and hold food hygiene certificates.
Our front of house team is supplied in All Black uniforms and are always happy to help guests, when the need arises.
