We are based in central Oxfordshire and although much of the work we do is within the county, over the last year we have worked in most of the Home Counties, central and greater London, Bristol, Cheltenham and Bath.

The dynamic and enthusiastic team have collectively over 25 years experience in the delivery of high quality food and first class service. We are passionate about great food and thrive on serving it at any location you choose to have your event.

At Complete we love the challenge of trying to make each event unique, whatever you choose, from a Hog Roast, to a BBQ, a Canapé Party, or a buffet to a Four Course Dining experience we can do it all!

We know that each person has their own individual ideas, so why not have a chat with one of our event organisers and together let them help to make your day perfect. All of our waiting and bar staff are highly trained and deliver a professional service, whether you would like a formal service or a relaxed laid back style they can adapt to whatever your needs are.

Our food philosophy is very simple: Modern European Cuisine alongside a Classic French Technique. However, we do pride ourselves on being flexible and are happy to create menus that are tailored specifically for your event. The mission of Complete Catering is to develop long standing relationships with clients and venues and work towards one exclusive goal – to always exceed the expectations of our customers.

 

Jon Kay - General Manager

One of the founding members, Jon brings financial management and commercial savvy to the organisation. He takes great pride in holding up the administrative side of the business.

Having spent time working for Marco Pierre White, the XL and many more famous names, Jon set up Fluid staff and provided London’s events scene with up to 200 staff a day.

In 2011, Jon took over Complete Catering alongside Simon Coomber and the journey began.

They are now building Complete into a trusted catering and events company.

The daily challenge is simple, great food, great service.

Outside his working life, you will find Jon living and breathing food.

Down time is filled watching his favourite football team Fulham, travelling around the world and playing squash.

Simon Coomber

One of the founding members, Simon is the leading force behind our food ethos, creativity and design. His passion for food and keen eye for detail have enabled him to take on new food trends, whilst staying humble towards his classically trained roots.

Simon has over 20 years of experience, working in the country’s most prestigious establishments.

From fine dining rosette and Michelin star restaurants, his desire has taken him world-wide. Kenya being his most memorable experience.

Favourite food: Love all foods

Most memoprable meal: Carnivore, Kenya

Favourite artist: Calvin Harris, Manuel Staropoli, and any old school hip hop

Personal goal: Get back in shape!
